- The combs under the cutting rollers are removable; use a dry cloth and brush to clean
- Never wash any part of this product under running water or in the dishwasher
- If the rollers produce a squeaking sound, insert a few drops of oil suitable for food contact at the ends of the rollers

Made in Italy, the Atlas 150+ pairs Marcato’s classic hand-crank pasta machine with a double cutter attachment for lasagne sheets, fettuccine, and spaghetti. The Atlas 150+ keeps the familiar feel of Marcato’s classic manual pasta machine and adds more versatility from the start. With the included double cutter attachment, you can roll lasagne sheets, then cut fettuccine or spaghetti without changing the character of the machine.
The 10-position thickness dial gives you repeatable control across different recipes. Start with a thicker setting to strengthen the dough, then work gradually toward thinner sheets for delicate pasta, filled pasta, or layered dishes. Because the machine is manual, each adjustment is clear and direct. You feel what the dough needs as you work.
The powder blue finish belongs to Marcato’s colored Atlas range, made for kitchens where tools are meant to be seen as well as used.
