Domestic shipping can take between 1-5 business days.

We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

The product is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from
the date of purchase, with the functional conditions as foreseen in the instruction leaflet. In case of claim for servicing under warranty, you can contact us or Bialetti Industrie Spa and provide proof of purchase or an equivalent
document showing the identification of Designandgrace or the date of purchase.

Warranty does not cover:
• The replaced components (plate, funnel, gasket, and
handle) for non-original defects.
• Failures and/or defects caused by an use, which is im
proper or not-compliant with the instructions.
• Failures and/or defects arising from the use of
non-COMPATIBLE spare parts.
• Damages caused by impacts, falls, and lime scale de
posits.
