Do your products come with warranties?
All our products are subject to the manufacturers' extensive quality control procedures.
Since we are an Authorized Dealer for each of our brands, the manufacturer provides an appropriate warranty. This varies from brand to brand - see the individual product pages for more information.
The warranty covers any manufacturing, or material defect. Please notify us within 30 days of noticing any defect. We may refer you to the manufacturers' Customer Service team, to better serve you.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer's warranty.
Shipping & Returns FAQ
How long does it take to get my products?
Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times can sometimes be extended.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE to anywhere in the USA.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside of the USA.
What shipping options do you offer?
Most of our smaller orders are sent via USPS Mail. If you do not have a mail receptacle at your physical address, please be sure to show your P.O. BOX shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for parcels returned by the post office for this reason.
Larger items such as Jura Coffee Machines, Jura Accessories or Multiple Packs of Water Filters etc are shipped by either UPS or FedEx
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy on all items. When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition, and so we remind you to please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return, and a restocking fee may be applied.
In the event that you experience a problem with your Jura or Capresso coffee machine, it should NOT be returned without first contacting Jura Customer Service regarding any warranty issues. Jura will arrange an RMA and label, where appropriate, for return for repair or replacement as appropriate.
Jura and Capresso water filters will not be refunded if they are not in the factory-sealed packaging.
Appropriate refunds will be processed after we have received the items back in good condition.
Are all products applicable for advertised coupon codes?
No, some products, e.g. Jura Coffee Machines, are excluded.
Can I combine one discount with another?
No, only one discount code can be used per product/order.
Is there a minimum order for applicable coupon codes?
No, there are no minimum orders for our coupon codes.
