Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy

We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.

When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

Jura Coffee Machines:

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the machine is packed as it was received, in its inner and outer shipping cartons as this is important to make sure the machine is received back to us in the best condition. Please also make sure that the machine has the foam coverings placed upon it whilst packing it back inside the box as this will prevent it from getting scratched.

Jura and Capresso Water Filters: 

We can only accept a return for Jura/Capresso Water Filters still in the factory sealed packaging.
