Our Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day returns policy on all items. When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition and so we remind you to please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.
In the event that you experience a problem with your Jura or Capresso coffee machine, it should NOT be returned without first contacting Jura Customer Service regarding any warranty issues. Jura will arrange an RMA and label, where appropriate, for return for repair or replacement as appropriate.
Jura and Capresso water filters will not be refunded if they are not in the factory sealed packaging.
Appropriate refunds will be processed after we have received the items back in good condition.
