Use & Care
Open the articulated sections evenly before placing a hot pot, pan, or serving vessel on top.
Make sure the cookware sits securely across the supporting elements.

The Alessi Augh! Expanding Pan Stand protects a table or countertop from hot cookware with an articulated stainless steel form that opens to support pots, pans, and serving dishes. Made from mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel, the linked sections expand for use and draw together when less surface area is needed.

Adjustable Support for Hot Cookware
Augh! uses a series of interconnected stainless steel elements that spread outward to create a larger support surface. The articulated construction lets the trivet adapt to different cookware footprints while remaining low on the table at just 0.47 inch high.
When opened, the trivet measures approximately 9.45 inches in diameter, providing a broad barrier between hot cookware and the surface beneath it.
