Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of $30 or more anywhere in the United States. Orders under $30 will have a standard shipping charge shown at checkout.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

Shipping Policies

USPS Shipments
Many smaller orders are shipped via USPS. If you do not have a mail receptacle at your physical address, please provide your PO Box shipping address.

Large Items
Large items, including Jura coffee machines and select oversized products, are shipped by UPS only. These items cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses.

Voltage Notice
All electrical items, especially Jura coffee machines, are 110V for the North American market only. They are not suitable for shipment outside the United States.

Order Processing Times

Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed on business days before 2pm CST usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm CST will usually ship the next business day.

Standard Shipping
Most orders ship by USPS or UPS, depending on the item size, weight, value, and destination. Estimated delivery is typically 2–4 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and location.

Orders Under $30
Orders under $30 do not qualify for free shipping. A standard shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

Orders of $30 or More
Orders of $30 or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in the United States.

Jura Coffee Machines
Jura coffee machines are shipped by UPS Next Day Air when available. Delivery is typically the next business day after shipment. A signature is required for delivery.

Pre-Orders / Custom Orders

Coffee Beans
Coffee beans are custom roasted and may take 4–5 days before shipping. Once shipped, they usually ship by UPS Ground with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days.

Pre-Order Items
Items listed as “Pre-Orders” will include an advised shipping date in the product listing. Pre-order items will be shipped within a maximum of 14 days from the date of order unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once shipped, delivery typically takes up to 4 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

Klarna Disclaimer

For purchases made using Klarna, the preparation time before shipment is less than 20 days, and the average total fulfillment and delivery time is under 7 days. Delivery timelines are clearly disclosed on this page and within applicable product listings.
