Shipping is FREE to anywhere in the USA. We currently do not ship outside of the USA.
Shipping Policies

USPS Shipments: Most of our shipments are sent via USPS Mail. If you do not have a mail receptacle at your physical address, please be sure to provide your PO Box shipping address.

Large Items (e.g., Jura Coffee Machines): Shipped by UPS only. We cannot ship these items to PO Box addresses.

Voltage Notice: All electricals, especially Jura Coffee Machines, are 110v for the North American market only. They are not suitable for shipment outside the USA.
Order Processing Times

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed on business days before 2 pm CST ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will ship the next business day.

Orders under $99: Shipped by USPS Ground Advantage (estimated 3–4 days delivery after shipment).

Orders over $99: Shipped by UPS Ground (estimated 2–3 days delivery after shipment).

Jura Coffee Machines: Shipped by UPS Next Day Air. Delivery is the next business day after shipment. A signature is required for delivery.
Pre-Orders / Custom Orders

Coffee beans are custom roasted and may take 4–5 days before shipping. They usually ship by UPS Ground with an estimated delivery of 2–3 days.

Items listed as “Pre-Orders” will have an advised shipping date in the product listing and will be shipped within a maximum of 14 days from the date of order. They are then shipped by the methods above (maximum estimated delivery time: 4 days).
Klarna Disclaimer
For purchases made using Klarna, the preparation time before shipment is less than 20 days, and the average total fulfillment/delivery time is under 7 days. Delivery timelines are clearly disclosed on this page and within applicable product listings.
