Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Design & Grace. If for any reason you need to return an item, the following policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns and Eligibility

- Most items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all components included.
- Returns that are not in original condition, packaging, or missing components will still be accepted but may be subject to a restocking fee (excluding Klarna).
- Certain items, such as consumables (e.g., Clearyl water filters), opened hygiene-sensitive items, or clearance/final-sale products, are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return:
- Contact us at info@designandgrace.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label on request.
- Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund total.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and the refund amount.
    - Refunds are processed back to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for funds to appear.
    - For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee (excluding Klarna).
    - Refunds will also reflect deductions for our original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
  • Refunds for Klarna Purchases
    For purchases made using Klarna, all eligible returns will be refunded in full (minus any applicable return shipping costs, if disclosed). We do not apply restocking fees to Klarna orders. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Items not returned in this condition may be refused or only partially refunded at our discretion.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (for example, due to a defect or damage), please email us at info@designandgrace.com. We will do our best to replace the item promptly, subject to availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order does not arrive, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment and ensure you are covered under this Refund Policy.
- In rare cases where a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide either a replacement or a refund, as appropriate, once it has been confirmed by the carrier.
- Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and secure, as we cannot be responsible for theft or loss after the carrier confirms delivery.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Items returned outside the 30-day window without prior approval.
- Items returned that are not the same as the item originally shipped (e.g., different product, model, or condition).
