All products are intended for domestic use in the USA. Electrical products, including Jura Coffee Machines, are 110v and designed for the North American market only.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Major credit and debit cards

  • Klarna

  • Other payment options as displayed at checkout

Klarna Purchases

If you choose Klarna at checkout, you are entering into a separate agreement with Klarna Bank AB (publ). By selecting this option, you also agree to Klarna’s Terms and Conditions in addition to these Terms of Service. Klarna may perform a soft credit check, and Klarna, not Design & Grace, is responsible for your payment schedule.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

Our shipping policy, which includes order processing times and delivery methods, is available here

For purchases made with Klarna, the preparation time before shipment is less than 20 days, and the average total fulfillment/delivery time is under 7 days, unless otherwise disclosed on the product listing.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review this carefully before making a purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design & Grace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. All products are sold “as is” except where manufacturer warranties apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt to resolve it informally with us first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or small claims court in Denton County, Texas.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
