Three Drums for Everyday Prep

The slicing drum produces thin, even slices for potatoes, onions, root vegetables, fruit, and greens. Switch to the coarse grater for ingredients such as root vegetables, fruit, cheese, nuts, and chocolate, or use the medium grater when you want a finer texture for vegetables, baking ingredients, fruit, and cheese.

The attachment mounts directly to the Assistent Original and uses the mixer's motor to process ingredients quickly. Drums change easily, and the included pusher keeps food moving safely through the housing.
