The Assistent Original

A stand mixer built around a rotating bowl, not a motor in the head.

The Assistent Original puts its 600-watt motor in the base of the machine. This creates a low center of gravity while leaving the top of the 7-liter bowl open, so ingredients are easy to add and the mixture stays easy to see.

The motor automatically adjusts its power to the load, while Ankarsrum’s gear system delivers the force needed for demanding mixing and kneading. Variable speed control and a built-in 12-minute timer keep operation straightforward.

The bowl rotates from below and stays open from above, making it easy to add ingredients and monitor the mixture.
