A stand mixer built around a rotating bowl, not a motor in the head.
The Assistent Original places its 600-watt motor in the base, creating a low center of gravity and leaving the top of the 7-liter bowl open. Ingredients are easy to add, and you can see the mixture as it works.
The motor automatically adjusts its power to match the load, while Ankarsrum's gear system delivers the force needed for demanding mixing and kneading. Variable speed control and a built-in 12-minute timer keep operation straightforward.

The Ankarsrum Assistent Original is covered by a 7-year limited warranty against defects in design, materials, and workmanship.
