Use & Care
Select one of the 20 dies and secure it at the base of the press.
Choose the small or large setting with the two-position adjustment knob.
Press cookies directly onto an ungreased baking sheet so the dough can adhere as it is dispensed.
Disassemble the press after use for thorough cleaning.
Wash the components with water and dish detergent.
Rinse and dry all components thoroughly before reassembly or storage.
Do not place the cookie press in the dishwasher, as dishwasher cleaning can alter the brilliance of the colored finish.
Store completely dry.

The Marcato Cookie Press Design Series shapes consistent cookies directly onto the baking sheet without rolling or cutting dough. Made entirely in Italy from anodized aluminum, it includes 20 interchangeable dies and a two-position adjustment that lets you make either small cookies or larger breakfast-size cookies.

Twenty Shapes, Two Sizes
Marcato's Biscuits Design press uses interchangeable metal dies to shape dough into 20 different patterns. A two-position adjustment knob controls the amount of dough dispensed with each press, giving you a smaller cookie for snacks or a larger format for breakfast and serving.
One filled cylinder produces approximately 20 to 25 large cookies or 35 to 40 small cookies. The same press can also be used for savory biscuits, and one of the included dies can shape churros.
