Marcato's Biscuits Classic uses interchangeable dies to form 20 different cookie designs. A two-position adjustment knob controls the amount of dough released with each press, letting you choose a smaller cookie for coffee service or a larger cookie for tea and dessert.

One filled cylinder produces approximately 20 to 25 large cookies or 35 to 40 small cookies. Place the press directly against a clean, ungreased baking sheet, operate the lever, and lift the press away to leave the shaped dough behind.
