One Motor, a Full Baking Toolkit

The strength of the BAKING set is not simply the number of accessories. Each attachment gives the same compact motor a different job. Use the Beater Blade for whipped cream and emulsions, the Whisk for aerating and light mixtures, the Multipurpose Blade for blending and puréeing, and the Meat & Vegetable Blade for firmer ingredients.

For larger prep, the SliceSy® turns the bamix® into a compact food-processing system for slicing, grating, chopping, and light doughs. The Processor handles smaller quantities of herbs, nuts, cheese, and similar ingredients, while the Powder Disc extends it to fine grinding.

200W Swiss-made motor: The corded C-type motor delivers the high-speed performance bamix® is known for while keeping the appliance compact enough for direct use in bowls, pots, and beakers.

Two operating speeds: Speed I runs at 14,000 rpm and Speed II at 20,000 rpm, giving you a lower and higher setting for different textures and ingredients.

Four interchangeable attachments: The Multipurpose Blade, Beater Blade, Whisk, and Meat & Vegetable Blade cover blending, puréeing, whipping, aerating, emulsifying, and cutting tasks.

SliceSy® included: Adds slicing, grating, chopping, and light dough capability without requiring a separate full-size food processor.
