The Cordless Plus is built around a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and brushless motor. With no power cord trailing across the counter, it is easier to move between a saucepan, mixing bowl, prep station, or serving vessel and blend directly where the food is.

The Plus model adds a third booster setting to the cordless platform. Speed I runs at 8,000 rpm, Speed II at 14,000 rpm, and Booster reaches 15,000 rpm when a task benefits from additional speed.
