Paper filters trap fine particles, but they also absorb some of the natural oils that contribute to coffee's aroma and mouthfeel. The Design & Grace gold titanium filter uses precision-etched micro-openings to let those oils pass into the finished brew. The result is coffee with more body and a richer texture than conventional paper filtration.

The filter is made from etched stainless steel, completely covered with a hard gold titanium coating. This food-safe, nonstick surface helps protect the metal, reduces the tendency of coffee residue to adhere, and makes cleaning straightforward.
