Use & Care
Fill the funnel loosely with ground coffee for moka without tamping.
Use medium heat and remove from the heat once the crema has fully formed.
Hand wash only.
Do not wash in the dishwasher.
For induction cooktops, use a suitable Bialetti induction adapter plate.

Its 4 cup format uses 180 ml of water in the boiler and delivers approximately 170 ml of brewed coffee and crema, making it a good choice when you want a more concentrated result than a traditional moka pot.

What Makes Brikka Different
Brikka is designed for the coffee drinker who likes the simplicity of stovetop moka brewing but wants a stronger cup with more texture on top. A silicone membrane works with the pressure-controlled brewing system to regulate coffee flow and create the characteristic crema that distinguishes Brikka from the traditional Moka Express.
The updated body takes inspiration from Bialetti's original 1933 Moka Express while managing pressure inside the boiler specifically for the Brikka brewing system.
