The Classic Moka Express in Red
Bialetti's Moka Express has been making stovetop coffee since 1933. The red edition keeps the recognizable eight-sided form and aluminum construction while giving the exterior a warmer, more expressive finish.
Brewing remains simple: add water to the lower chamber, fill the funnel with ground coffee without tamping, assemble the pot, and place it over low to medium heat. As the water heats, brewed coffee rises into the upper chamber for the concentrated, full-bodied cup associated with moka brewing.
