The Dreamfarm Ograte gives you two efficient grating motions in one compact tool. One side is designed for continuous circular grating, while the other works in a traditional up-and-down motion, giving you more control over everything from zucchini and carrots to cheese and other larger ingredients.

Two Grating Motions, One Tool
The underside is designed for circular grating, letting you keep the ingredient moving around the surface rather than repeatedly lifting it away. The opposite side uses an extra-wide grating plane for efficient back-and-forth strokes, making it especially useful for larger pieces of cheese and vegetables.
A non-slip foot steadies Ograte against the counter, doubles as a scraper, and can hook over the edge of a bowl while you work. When you're finished, the safety cover snaps over both blade surfaces for more secure drawer storage.
