Its high-sided Comfort shape provides more room for stirring and turning, while the water-based ceramic coating is made without PFAS or PTFE.

Ceramic Nonstick with a Roomier Pan Shape
Ceratal® uses a water-based ceramic nonstick coating manufactured without PFAS or PTFE. It provides easy food release for delicate ingredients while still allowing the higher heat needed for browning and crisping.
The Comfort body combines a high rim with a generous frying surface, giving you more room to stir and turn ingredients without crowding the pan. Fissler's Cookstar® base distributes heat evenly and works across induction, gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops.
