Ceramic Nonstick with a Roomier Pan Shape

Ceratal® uses a water-based ceramic nonstick coating manufactured without PFAS or PTFE. It is designed for both gentle cooking and crisp browning, giving delicate foods an easy-release surface without relying on a traditional PTFE nonstick coating.

The Comfort body pairs a high rim with an extra-large frying surface, so there is more room to stir, turn, and toss ingredients without crowding the pan. Underneath, Fissler's Cookstar® base distributes heat evenly and works across induction, gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops.
