A Dedicated Cutter for Round Spaghetti
Marcato's Spaghetti Attachment cuts properly prepared pasta sheets into round strands with a 2 mm diameter. Marcato recommends rolling the pasta sheet at Atlas regulator position 4 before passing it through the cutter.
The chromed steel body, anodized aluminum rollers, and acetal resin combs are designed for regular pasta making and straightforward dry cleaning. Removable combs make it easier to clear flour and dried dough from the cutter after use.
