Use to help keep a previously chilled bottle of wine cool during serving.
Place the wine cooler on a stable, level surface.
Chill wine to the desired serving temperature before placing it in the cooler.
Check bottle fit before use, particularly for unusually wide bottles.
After use, remove the bottle and empty any accumulated moisture.
Rinse briefly under running water as needed.
Do not place in the dishwasher.
Do not use metal polish or polishing compounds.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, and harsh chemicals that may damage the reflective finish.
Dry thoroughly with a soft, clean cloth before storage.

How quickly will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm CST ship the same day. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location relative to our Texas warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $30 and over ship free anywhere in the United States. Orders under $30 have a standard shipping charge, shown at checkout.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We only ship within the United States. Our electrical products, including Jura coffee machines, are 120V models for North America.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, for smaller orders. These usually ship by USPS and can be delivered to a PO Box. Large items, including Jura coffee machines, ship by UPS and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from our Argyle warehouse, at our store in Argyle, Texas.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout, and your order will usually be ready to collect from our Argyle store within four hours. Please bring a photo ID that matches the name on the order and the card you used to pay.
Can I visit your store?
Yes. Visit us at 308 E FM 1830, STE 3D, Argyle, TX 76226. We're open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We're closed on Sunday.

What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund or exchange. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with every part included.
To start a return, email info@designandgrace.com with your order number. Shipping costs are deducted from your refund, and a restocking fee may apply. Some items, including water filters and other consumables, opened hygiene items, and final-sale products, cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty. See our refund policy for the full terms.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please let us know within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you.
