SCANPAN attaches the Bakelite handles with a rivetless locking system, leaving the cooking interiors smooth and easier to clean. The cookware moves from stovetop to oven up to 500°F, while the included glass lids let you monitor covered cooking without repeatedly releasing heat and moisture.
