CLASSIC cookware is hand-cast from recycled aluminum for quick and even heat distribution across the cooking surface. The STRATANIUM coating handles delicate foods easily while still supporting browning and everyday sautéing.

SCANPAN secures the Bakelite handle with its patented locking system instead of screws or interior rivets. That leaves the cooking surface smooth and easier to clean while giving the handle a durable mechanical connection.

Dishwasher safe: CLASSIC cookware can be cleaned in the dishwasher, though regular hand washing is simple and helps reduce long-term wear.

Gas and electric compatible: The pan works on gas, ceramic, halogen, radiant ring, solid plate, and conventional electric cooktops.

Not induction compatible: The original CLASSIC aluminum construction does not have the magnetic base required for induction cooking.

Made in Denmark: CLASSIC cookware is manufactured at SCANPAN's Danish factory.
