Use & Care
Heat cookware gradually and use low to medium heat for most cooking.
Avoid prolonged overheating of empty cookware.
Do not use the boost function on induction cooktops.
Always clean the STRATANIUM+ surface thoroughly with dish detergent after use.
Metal utensils may be used, but avoid cutting or using sharp-edged tools directly against the cooking surface.
Do not use aerosol cooking sprays.
Avoid rapid heating and cooling.
Allow cookware and lids to cool before cleaning.
HAPTIQ cookware is dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to help preserve the polished stainless steel finish.
Use warm water, dish soap, and a soft sponge or nylon brush for routine hand cleaning.
Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners and aggressive scouring pads on the cooking surface.
Stainless steel handles and glass lids may become hot during use; use oven mitts when necessary.
Do not use above 500°F / 250°C.
Dry thoroughly before storage.

Five-Layer Construction with STRATANIUM+
HAPTIQ combines polished stainless steel with an aluminum core in a five-layer body designed to distribute heat evenly while remaining responsive when you adjust the burner. The magnetic stainless steel construction works on all common cooktops, including induction.
Inside, STRATANIUM+ gives every pan an easy-release cooking surface that can still develop good browning and handle deglazing. Stainless steel handles and glass lids complete a set designed to move easily from stovetop to oven.
