Multilayer Construction with STRATANIUM+

HAPTIQ combines stainless steel construction with an aluminum core for even heat distribution and responsive temperature control. The magnetic stainless steel body works across gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction cooktops.

Inside, STRATANIUM+ gives the saucepan an easy-release surface that is especially useful for sauces, dairy, grains, and other foods that can cling to traditional stainless steel. The included glass lid lets you monitor covered cooking while retaining heat and moisture.
