Original-Profi uses premium 18/10 stainless steel with a satin exterior and ground stainless steel interior. Fissler's Cookstar® base is designed to distribute heat evenly and efficiently while remaining compatible with induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and other conventional cooktops.

The rivet-free handles keep the interiors smooth and easier to clean, while integrated measurement markings make it simple to add liquids directly to the cookware. The metal lids use Fissler's Condensate-Plus function, with a slightly concave shape that directs condensed steam back into the pot during covered cooking.
