Use & Care
Use low to medium heat for most cooking.

The Fissler Ceratal® Ceramic Non-Stick 12" Wok gives you a broad, high-sided cooking surface for stir-frying vegetables, browning meat, cooking eggs, and preparing foods that benefit from easy release. Its water-based ceramic coating is made without PFAS or PTFE, while the rounded wok shape gives you the room to stir and toss ingredients without crowding the pan.

Ceratal® uses a water-based ceramic nonstick coating manufactured without PFAS or PTFE. It provides easy food release for delicate ingredients while still supporting the higher heat needed for crisp vegetables and browned meats.
The curved body and high sidewalls are designed for easy stirring and tossing, while Fissler's Cookstar® base provides even heat distribution and compatibility with induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and solid-plate stovetops.
