The original Marcato workhorse

The Atlas 150 Classic is the straightforward version of Marcato’s most recognized pasta machine. It is made for cooks who want a durable manual tool first: chrome steel body, removable hand crank, counter clamp, smooth rollers, and a simple thickness dial.

Use it to roll lasagne sheets, then cut fettuccine or tagliolini with the included cutter. For more formats, the Atlas 150 Classic can be paired with Marcato’s optional accessories, giving the machine room to grow without changing the way it works. The optional Pastadrive Motor is also compatible, but not included.

The 10-position thickness dial gives you repeatable control across different recipes. Start with a thicker setting to bring the dough together, then work gradually toward thinner sheets for filled pasta, layered dishes, or fine cuts. Each adjustment is clear, mechanical, and easy to understand.
