A Curved Serrated Blade for Bread

The 21 cm blade combines a toothed edge with a gentle curve that supports a smooth sawing motion through firm crusts and soft interiors. The length gives you enough cutting surface for baguettes, round country loaves, sandwich bread, and other baked goods without compressing the crumb.

Opinel builds the Parallèle blade from stamped X50CrMoV15 stainless steel, giving the knife good corrosion resistance and a light, efficient feel during longer slicing strokes.
