Returns
We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

This Jura Accessory is backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship when purchased from an authorized Jura dealer like Design & Grace. For any issues within the first 30 days, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist. After 30 days, all warranty claims are handled by Jura. With its slim white housing, brushed stainless steel cover, and 34 oz stainless steel milk container, this Cool Control is a natural companion for white JURA machines and lighter kitchen spaces. JURA’s integrated Peltier cooling element keeps milk at 39 °F, the ideal temperature for smooth, fine-textured milk foam.

For compatible JURA machines, wireless communication is available when used with the optional Wireless Transmitter for Smart Connect machines or WiFi Connect for WiFi Connect machines. The integrated level indicator helps remind users when the cooler needs to be topped up.

Which Filter Should I Use For My Jura Coffee Machine?
