Returns
We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

This Jura Accessory is backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship when purchased from an authorized Jura dealer like Design & Grace. For any issues within the first 30 days, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist. After 30 days, all warranty claims are handled by Jura. Which Filter Should I Use For My Jura Coffee Machine?
Jura machines should only use genuine CLEARYL water filters to improve coffee flavor and protect internal components from scale buildup. The correct filter depends on your specific model. Most current Jura machines use the CLEARYL Smart+ filter (part number 24234), while some earlier models require CLEARYL Blue or CLEARYL White filters.
