Returns
We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. For orders with a value over $699, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.

This Jura Accessory is backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship when purchased from an authorized Jura dealer like Design & Grace. For any issues within the first 30 days, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist. After 30 days, all warranty claims are handled by Jura. Use & Care
Add chocolate syrup according to the marked scale.
Do not fill beyond the indicated measurement range.
Replace the silicone cover securely before attaching the accessory.
Fit the attachment firmly to the compatible dual spout.
Remove and clean the attachment after each use.
Rinse the attachment under running water.
Separate the individual parts and wash them with dish soap.
The individual components may also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Allow every part to air-dry completely before reassembly and storage.
Do not reinstall the attachment while any component is wet or contains syrup residue.
