Install the cartridge according to the instructions for your specific Jura machine.

Activate the machine's filter function when required so filter use and replacement can be tracked correctly.

Replace the cartridge when the machine prompts you, or after about 50 liters (13.2 gallons) of water or about two months, whichever comes first.

Fill the water tank with fresh, cold water. Follow your machine's maintenance prompts and operating instructions.

With an active filter, Jura does not require routine descaling; we suggest an optional descale about once a year, especially in hard water areas. Follow all machine maintenance prompts, including any descaling instructions if filtration is interrupted or the cartridge is not replaced.
