Alessi Acacia Honey Dipper
Mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel honey dipper with Miriam Mirri's honeycomb-inspired faceted head
The Alessi Acacia Honey Dipper gives you a clean, controlled way to lift and serve honey from the jar. Miriam Mirri combines a spoon-like stem with a faceted spherical head patterned with hexagons, creating a tool that holds honey effectively while bringing a distinct Alessi detail to breakfast, tea, and cheese service.

Designed Around the Honeycomb
The faceted ball at the end of Acacia takes its geometry from the structure of a honeycomb. Its open hexagonal pattern captures honey as you lift it from the jar, while the long stainless steel handle gives you enough reach for serving over toast, yogurt, cheese, or tea.
Signature Features
Honeycomb-inspired head: Hexagonal openings help catch and carry honey while giving the dipper its distinctive visual identity.
18/10 stainless steel: Durable stainless construction gives the piece a substantial feel and long service life.
Mirror-polished finish: Creates a bright reflective surface that works naturally with Alessi flatware and serving pieces.
6.3-inch length: Provides useful reach for honey jars and comfortable control at the table.
Works with different honey textures: Designed for use with a broad range of honey consistencies.
Dishwasher safe: Made for straightforward everyday cleaning.
Designed by Miriam Mirri: Introduced in 2014 as a functional table accessory with a strong visual reference to honey itself.
From Our Founder
"Acacia is one of those Alessi pieces where the visual idea also improves the function. The honeycomb shape is immediately understandable, and it gives you a much more considered way to serve honey at the table."
Tony Boulton, Founder, Design & Grace
