A Full Oliva Elite Collection

The set starts with an 8-inch chef's knife for everyday prep, then adds a 7-inch Kullenschliff Santoku for agile chopping, a 9-inch scalloped bread knife, 6-inch utility knife, 6-inch boning knife, and 3.5-inch paring knife. Four matching 4.5-inch fine-edge steak knives carry the same Oliva Elite construction to the table.

The knives are handcrafted in Solingen, Germany from Thyssen-Krupp 1.4116 stainless steel, hardened to 58 HRC, and finished with 15-degree ambidextrous edges where applicable. Natural Mediterranean olive wood handles give every knife individual grain and color, while the Next Level magnetic block keeps the collection organized without conventional enclosed slots.
