Choose your finish
The Fresh Rosemary handle adds a muted green finish to the established WÜSTHOF CLASSIC paring knife. Its natural color works especially well alongside wood countertops, cream cabinetry, stone surfaces, and botanical accents, giving the traditional design a softer appearance.

Questions answered
This paring knife is designed for peeling, trimming, slicing, and detailed preparation of small ingredients. Its short, narrow blade and pointed tip make it especially useful for fruit, vegetables, garlic, shallots, and precise cuts that are awkward with a larger knife.
A paring knife complements a chef's knife by providing better control for small, detailed tasks. The 3.5-inch blade is easier to maneuver when peeling fruit, removing stems, trimming vegetables, or working around ingredients too small for a broad chef's blade.
This paring knife is offered here in five handle options: Black, White, Wild Blueberry, Fresh Rosemary, and Velvet Oyster. Each shares the same forged CLASSIC blade specifications, so you can choose the handle finish that suits your kitchen.
Yes. The knife is made in Solingen, Germany, where family-owned WÜSTHOF has manufactured knives since 1814. Its forged blade is hardened to 58 HRC.
Wash by hand and towel-dry immediately. Avoid the dishwasher, soaking, abrasive sponges, and very hard cutting surfaces. Store the blade safely, hone regularly, and sharpen as needed with a suitable knife sharpener or sharpening stone.
WÜSTHOF provides a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. Normal wear, misuse, and commercial use are excluded. Design & Grace can help if you need assistance with a warranty claim.
