The Rosti Hasselback Cutter - Humus makes evenly spaced Hasselback cuts quickly without slicing all the way through the potato. Fixed stainless steel blades create the deep, uniform grooves, while the integrated pusher releases the potato from the cutter after each pass.

Consistent Hasselback Cuts Without the Guesswork
The cutter combines a wide-handled frame with permanently mounted stainless steel blade lamellae. Place a potato or other suitable vegetable on a cutting board, position the cutter over it, and press down. The blades create evenly spaced grooves while leaving the bottom intact.
As the cutter moves downward, the fitted pusher rises inside the frame. Press it back down afterward to release the vegetable from the blades, making it easy to move directly to the next one when preparing larger batches.
