Control the Grind from Fine to Coarse
The Hunter Bundle includes 2.5, 4.5, 6, and 8 mm grinding discs, giving you useful control over texture for burgers, meatballs, sausages, game, fish, and plant-based recipes. The mincer mounts directly to the Assistent Original and uses the mixer's motor to process larger quantities without requiring a separate grinder.
Three sausage horns in 10, 20, and 25 mm sizes let you prepare different sausage styles and diameters once your mixture is ground and seasoned.
