The Dreamfarm Ozest is built for fast, controlled zesting with less stopping to clear the blade. Its concave stainless steel grating surface keeps citrus centered as you work, while 441 fine photo-etched blades create light, aromatic zest without digging deeply into the bitter pith.

Fine Zesting Without Stopping to Clear the Blade
The concave grating plate increases contact with the ingredient and helps guide citrus, garlic, ginger, hard cheese, and spices along the center of the blade. The 1 mm cutting surface produces a fine result suited to recipes where you want flavor distributed evenly rather than larger shreds.
When zest collects underneath the grater, press the cleaning button to flex the plate and release clinging ingredients. The protective cover also works as a catcher and measures up to 2 tablespoons, giving you a convenient way to collect zest before adding it to a recipe.
