Use & Care
Pour your freshly prepared hot coffee, tea, or other suitable beverage into the mug.
The mug detects the beverage and begins maintaining its set temperature.
For personalized temperature control, connect the mug to the Ember app on a compatible iOS or Android device.
Choose a drinking temperature between 120°F and 145°F.
The mug remembers your preferred setting after initial configuration.
Place the mug on its charging coaster for extended heating while connected to power.
Keep the charging coaster and its electrical contacts dry and clean.
Do not place the mug in a microwave, conventional oven, or on a stovetop.
The Ember Mug 2 is designed to maintain the temperature of a hot beverage, not to boil water or heat a cold drink from refrigerator temperature.
Hand wash the mug with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge.
Do not place the mug in the dishwasher.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the finish.
The mug is IPX7 water-resistant and can withstand submersion up to one meter, but the charging coaster and power adapter must not be immersed.
Dry the mug thoroughly, including the charging contacts, before placing it on the coaster.
