This water-based, ceramic coating is made of natural minerals and crafted without PFAS/PTFE, offering a healthy non-stick effect, making clean-up a breeze. The Fissler Ceratal® wok is designed with high and sloping side walls for spill-free stirring and turning. Crafted using the exclusive energy-saving Fissler CookStar® base ensures optimal heat distribution on all types of stoves. Sustainably manufactured from up to 60% recycled aluminum in Germany, the Ceratal® is the PTFE-free alternative for frying foods that stick easily.
