Hestan 6.5-Inch x 5.5-Inch Oval Au Gratin Dishes, Set of 2

Set of two 18/10 stainless steel au gratin dishes sized for individual baked sides, appetizers, and desserts

The Hestan 6.5-Inch x 5.5-Inch Oval Au Gratin Dishes give individual portions the same thoughtful construction and finish as Hestan cookware. Designed with Chef Thomas Keller, each 0.43-quart stainless steel dish moves easily from oven to table and is sized for single servings of gratins, baked dips, macaroni and cheese, vegetables, and desserts.

Why Order from Design & Grace

Authorized Hestan retailer: Design & Grace is an authorized Hestan retailer, so you receive genuine Hestan products backed by the full manufacturer warranty.

Ships from Texas: Your Hestan au gratin set is carefully packed and shipped from our Texas facility.

A useful pair for individual portions: Two matching dishes make it easy to prepare and serve separate sides, appetizers, or desserts in the same cookware used for baking.

Designed for Oven-to-Table Serving

At 6.5 inches by 5.5 inches with a 0.43-quart capacity, these small oval dishes are built around individual portions rather than family-style casseroles. The shallow profile gives foods plenty of exposed surface for browning while keeping each serving neatly contained.

Cast stainless steel handles provide a comfortable grip on both sides, while Hestan's flush interior rivets leave fewer edges around the cooking surface to catch food during cleanup. Brushed stainless steel interiors and exteriors are finished with a polished rim for a clean presentation at the table.

Signature Features

Set of two: Includes two matching 6.5-inch by 5.5-inch oval au gratin dishes for preparing and serving individual portions.

18/10 stainless steel: Durable stainless steel construction resists rust, denting, and bending while providing reliable performance for frequent oven use.

0.43-quart capacity: Each dish is sized for individual gratins, vegetable sides, macaroni and cheese, baked dips, and desserts.

Oven safe to 600°F: High-temperature oven capability supports baking, roasting, browning, and finishing under demanding heat.

Cast stainless steel handles: Rounded handles on both sides provide a secure place to grip the dish when moving it between oven and table.

Flush interior rivets: Dual rivets sit flush with the interior cooking surface for a cleaner profile and easier hand washing.

Brushed finish: Brushed interiors and exteriors are paired with a polished rim and laser-etched Hestan detailing on the handles.

Designed with Chef Thomas Keller: The dimensions, form, and handling were developed with the Michelin-starred chef for practical kitchen-to-table use.

Lifetime warranty: Hestan covers the set with its lifetime manufacturer warranty.

From Our Founder

"The smaller size is what makes these useful. You can bake and serve an individual gratin, vegetable side, dip, or dessert in the same dish, and the stainless steel construction feels much more substantial than typical single-serving bakeware."
