The 7-inch size and fine-tipped blades make these shears especially useful when a larger pair feels cumbersome. The micro-serrated edge helps keep slippery ingredients in place, while the bone notch adds control when cutting through smaller bones and tougher pieces of seafood or protein.

Press the button at the pivot and the two blades separate for easier cleaning. The bearing system keeps them aligned during use and gives the shears a smooth cutting action without relying on a conventional pivot screw.
