The Toulouse Rectangular Baker combines a practical baking shape with details drawn from Pillivuyt's manufacturing heritage. The pleated base adds texture to the exterior, while the rounded handles take their shape from the arches of the company's historic kiln doors. Each handle carries the Pillivuyt name in relief.

At 9.75 inches long, 9 inches wide, and 2.35 inches high, this smaller Toulouse baker has a comfortable 2-quart capacity. It is a useful size for a vegetable gratin, baked macaroni and cheese, a smaller lasagna, or a fruit crumble. Its broad proportions also give casseroles room to brown across the surface.
