Peter Shire for ACME Studio
Peter Shire is a Los Angeles artist and designer known for work across ceramics, furniture, painting, glass, and product design. As the only California-based member of Memphis Milano, he brought a distinctly West Coast perspective to the influential Italian design movement.
Shire also has a particularly important place in ACME Studio's history. ACME's first project with him dates to 1984, making Mangia part of one of the company's longest-running designer relationships.
