Shipping & Returns
Domestic shipping can take between 1-5 business days.
We offer a returns policy on purchases within 30 days of the ship date. We will provide you with a return label on request, then we will deduct our shipping fees from your overall refund. When returning any items, they should be in "as new" condition in it's original packaging. Please be sure to include all packaging, labels, inserts, etc. Items that have been used will be assessed on return and a restocking fee may be applied.
Warranty Information
All Opinel products come with a limited lifetime warranty and are exchanged in case of defects in materials and/or workmanship. Damages due to normal wear and tear, improper use, dismantling or other alteration, are not covered by the Manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
