Use & Care
Measure cold water with the supplied graduated cup.
Insert the funnel and fill it with coffee ground for a moka pot.
Do not press or tamp the coffee.
Remove loose grounds from the rim before assembling the brewer.
Tighten the upper and lower sections firmly without forcing the handle.
Use medium heat and keep a gas flame within the base of the brewer.
Remove Brikka from the heat as soon as the crema has fully formed.
Rinse all parts with warm water after use.
Do not use detergents, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads.
Do not place the brewer in the dishwasher.
Allow every part to dry completely before reassembly and storage.
Use on induction only with a separate Bialetti induction plate.

The Bialetti Brikka 4-Cup Moka Pot brews approximately 5.7 fluid ounces of concentrated coffee with a fuller crema than a conventional moka pot. Its pressure-enhancing system and silicone membrane regulate extraction inside the aluminum brewer, giving the finished coffee a more intense body and a foamed surface.

More Pressure Than a Traditional Moka Pot
Brikka uses Bialetti's patented pressure technology and silicone membrane to control the flow of coffee into the upper chamber. This produces a concentrated moka brew with a thicker, more persistent crema than the standard Moka Express method.
The 4-cup size produces approximately 5.7 fluid ounces. Bialetti cup measurements refer to small espresso-style servings rather than full-size coffee mugs.
