Compact Brewing for Three Moka Servings
The 3-cup size produces approximately 4.4 fluid ounces of coffee. Bialetti cup measurements refer to small Italian moka servings rather than standard coffee mugs, making this size useful for one larger serving or three concentrated portions.
Fill the boiler with room-temperature water to the safety valve, add moka-ground coffee to the funnel without tamping, and brew over low heat. No paper filters, capsules, or electricity are required.
